I became a therapist because I believe that feeling heard is one of the most powerful things a person can experience. My work is grounded in attachment theory and ACT, with a strong somatic lens for clients carrying trauma in the body. I've worked in community mental health, private practice, and school settings -- which means I'm comfortable with a wide range of presentations and life circumstances. Outside the office, you'll find me hiking local trails, reading too many books at once, and failing at keeping houseplants alive.
