How telehealth works
Request an Appointment
Schedule through our online portal or by phone. Let us know you'd like a telehealth session when you book.
Get Your Secure Link
Before your appointment, you'll receive a secure video link by email. No app download required -- just click the link at your session time.
Find a Private Space
Choose a quiet, private location where you won't be interrupted. Headphones are recommended. A parked car, home office, or bedroom all work well.
Join at Your Appointment Time
Click your link at your scheduled time. Your clinician will be there to let you in. Sessions run the same 50 minutes as in-person appointments.
What you need
Any Device
Computer, tablet, or smartphone -- all work. Make sure your camera and microphone are enabled before joining.
Reliable Internet
A stable WiFi or cellular connection. If your signal is weak, a phone call backup can always be arranged.
A Private Space
Somewhere you feel comfortable speaking openly. Headphones help if others are nearby -- a parked car, home office, or bedroom all work well.

All you need is a private space, a reliable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone. Most clients find telehealth works just as well as in-person for talk therapy.
