Therapeutic Approaches
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) was originally developed for people experiencing intense emotions and is now widely used for depression, anxiety, eating concerns, and relationship difficulties. DBT builds four core skill sets: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Our clinicians trained in DBT create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can develop lasting tools for managing life's most difficult moments.
We do not currently have a clinician listed for DBT. Reach out and we can help you find the right fit.
