I've been practicing for over two decades, and what I've learned is that healing is rarely linear and almost never looks the way anyone expects. I work primarily with adults navigating midlife transitions, loss, chronic illness, and the kinds of quiet suffering that don't always have a name. My approach is psychodynamic at its core, with strong influences from narrative therapy and mindfulness practice. I'm interested in helping clients understand not just what they do, but why -- and what becomes possible when that gap starts to close. I also supervise newer clinicians and have a strong commitment to accessible care.
